A HC-DNA to sign any values

## How to use this hApp

- Build the dna
    - `hc package --strip-meta`

- Set up your holochain conductor, Check you the [sample conductor](https://github.com/zo-el/Signatory/blob/master/conductor-config.toml) in this repo.

> Note: Set up your agent key file that inclueds the seeds you would be using to create keys and sign a message.
