The Tour element is used to describe all content related to a tour. Either Tour or TourSet must appear as the top-level element of a TourML instance. A container element for metadata describing the tour as a whole. A general asset for a tour. This element is used to refer to media assets that occur in a tour. A collection of assets experienced together compose a Stop in TourML. Stops represent the nodes of the tour graph. A connection from one stop to another. Connections are used to let a user move from one stop to another. Connections can be thought of as a directional edge in the tour graph. Bi-directional connections should be represented by repeating this element. A TourSet element may be used as the top-level element of a TourML instance in order to represent one or more tours. The complete content of the tours can be placed under this element or a set of TourMLRef elements, which can be used to refer to other TourML instances by URI. The author(s) of the tour. Optionally specify the root stop for the tour. This is useful for tours that have a well-defined starting point. You can optionally specify application wide resources and their intended usage. This could be used for the application icon and splash image for example. The TourMLRef type should provide a URI to an external TourML instance. This allows for the aggregation of many TourML tours together in one TourML instance. An asset reference is used to refer to a specific usage of an asset. For example, an ImageAssetType can be referred to as the primary image to be viewed for an image stop of a tour. A display string for a copyright. A simple credit line string. When the copyright expires. A type for providing localized titles. A type for providing localized descriptions. Property sets allow for the addition of application specific metadata to various elements.
