A marble plaque, approximately square in form, intact on left and upper edges, but irregular on right and broken along the lower edge towards the right hand side. The plaque had plaster on both front and rear when found, from later re-use as a tomb cover.
Use of lunate epsilon and sigma, cursive omega, alpha frequently with oblique crossbar descending left, and some ligatures.
