Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Services Provided miroro is a mobile application that provides real-time mirror display and related features. The core functionality of the App runs entirely on your device and does not rely on external servers. Some features may interact with system frameworks (such as iCloud or Apple Health) only when you explicitly grant permission. No account or sign-in is required to use the App. 2. User Rights and Responsibilities You have the right to use the App within the scope permitted by applicable laws. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes. You are responsible for how you use the App and related features. 3. Data Protection and Privacy miroro is designed with a privacy-first approach: · The App is primarily designed to process data locally on your device, with optional iCloud features for syncing user data across devices · We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers · We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics services For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 4. Photo Feature The App provides photo capture functionality. · Camera access is used for real-time preview and photo capture · Photos are stored locally on your device unless you choose to save them · If saved, photos may be stored in your system Photos library · Photos are never uploaded to any server · We do not collect, process, or analyze any photo data You may manage camera and photo permissions at any time in your device settings. 5. iCloud Sync The App may offer optional iCloud synchronization features. If enabled: · App settings and preferences may be synced across devices · Photo backups may be stored in iCloud (if user enables this feature) · Pro purchase status may be synced for restoration purposes Important: · iCloud data is associated with your Apple ID · Data is stored on Apple’s iCloud servers and governed by Apple’s privacy policies · You may disable iCloud sync at any time in system settings 6. In-App Purchases (Pro Features) The App may offer one-time or future in-app purchases to unlock premium features. · All payments are processed by Apple App Store via In-App Purchase · We do not collect or store any payment information · Purchase validation and receipts are handled by Apple · Purchases are linked to your Apple ID You may restore purchases at any time using the “Restore Purchases” feature. 7. Health Data (if applicable) If you choose to use mood or mental state-related features: · The App may write data to Apple Health only with your explicit permission · The App does not read or access any data from Apple Health · All health data is stored and managed by Apple · You can enable or disable this permission at any time in your device settings.
