# Privacy Policy

NDS Save Sync does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

The app stores the following information locally on your device only:

- The IP address and port of your last connected device
- The folder location you selected for save backups
- Whether you have completed the initial setup

This information never leaves your device and is used solely to restore your preferences between sessions.

All file transfers occur directly between your phone and your local network device. No data is sent to any server, third party, or external service.
