Welcome to Cleaner ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 2. Description of the Service

Cleaner helps users organize storage on their iPhone by identifying duplicate and similar photos, screenshots, large videos, duplicate contacts, and other unnecessary files.

All scanning and analysis are performed locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

## 3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Review files before deleting them.
- Keep backups of important data.
- Use the App responsibly.

You acknowledge that deleting files is your own decision.

## 4. Subscription

Certain features require an active subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

## 5. Free Trial

If offered, your subscription may begin with a free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription.

## 6. Purchases

Payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

## 7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, trademarks, graphics, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

## 8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

- every duplicate or similar photo will be detected;
- every file suggested for deletion is unnecessary;
- the App will always operate without interruption or errors.

Users are solely responsible for confirming any deletion.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

- accidental deletion of files;
- data loss;
- indirect or consequential damages;
- loss of profits or business interruption.

## 10. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services including, but not limited to:

- Apple App Store
- Firebase
- Adapty
- Apple Analytics (if enabled)

Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

## 11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

## 12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
