This Privacy Policy describes how UnlockSmart ("we," "our," or "the app") handles information when you use our iPad application. We are committed to being transparent about our practices, especially because our app is designed for use by children.
We do not collect any personal information. UnlockSmart does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details of any kind.
The app operates entirely on-device. No data — including names, email addresses, device identifiers, location, or usage statistics — is transmitted to us or any third party.
Any information the app stores (such as game progress or settings) is saved locally on your device only and is never sent off the device.
UnlockSmart does not use any analytics tools, crash-reporting services, or tracking technologies. We have no visibility into how the app is used.
The app does not make any network requests. It functions fully offline and requires no internet connection.
The current version of UnlockSmart does not display advertisements. We may introduce optional ads in a future update. If and when that happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how any ad-related SDKs handle data, and you will be notified through an app update before any such change takes effect.
UnlockSmart is designed for use by children. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, no special parental consent is required. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps in the Kids category.
We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, services, or APIs that collect data.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and release the update through a new app version on the App Store. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
