This app may request access to the device microphone in order to record audio when the user explicitly starts a recording session.

Audio recordings are used only to generate meeting transcripts and summaries.

No audio recording occurs without the user initiating recording.

Audio data may be processed by AI services solely to provide transcription and summarization features.

No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

Users can stop recording at any time.

Data Deletion

This application does not store user data on the developer’s servers.

Any audio recordings, transcripts, or generated summaries are stored locally on the user’s device only.

Users can delete all data at any time by:
• deleting recordings within the app (if applicable), or
• clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app from their device.

Once the application is removed or its data is cleared, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.
