Welcome to Jannah (us, we, or our) mobile application. By downloading, installing, and using the Jannah App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App
You may use the Jannah App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

In order to access certain features and functionalities of the Jannah App, you may be required to create an account. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the Jannah App:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity.
Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfering with or disrupting the functioning of the App or its servers.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, other user accounts, or computer systems.
Intellectual Property
The Jannah App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Jannah or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Jannah App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Jannah or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Jannah App.

Changes to Terms of Use
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the Last updated date will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use the App after any modifications, you accept the updated Terms of Use.

SUBSCRIPTION TO JANNAH PREMIUM
Jannah Premium content is available only to registered users with an active subscription plan (Subscription). Subscription prices are listed on our platform.
Subscription prices do not include taxes or other charges. You are responsible for any additional fees associated with your subscription.
You may need to provide payment information to complete your subscription using an accepted payment method.
Ensure that your payment information is accurate. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect payment details or processing delays.
Invoices will be sent to your provided email upon successful payment.
We use third-party payment processors. Read their privacy policy before submitting payment details. We do not store credit or debit card information.

Cancellation of Subscription:


The user opens the Google Play Store app on their device.
They click on the icon with three lines in the top left corner to open the side menu.
Select the "Subscriptions" option from the menu.
A list of all active subscriptions of the user will be displayed. The user finds the subscription they wish to cancel and clicks on it.
Then they click on the "Cancel subscription" option and follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation done on Time:
Subscription cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires to avoid automatic renewal and charges for the next period.
No Refund Policy:

Fees for subscriptions that have already been charged will not be refunded to users after canceling the subscription. After canceling the subscription, the user will still have access to subscription content until the end of the current billing period.
