Start with the live `agent_guidance` and status tools. Prefer deterministic finance
results and attached provenance over unsupported narrative. Keep currencies separate,
qualify stale or partial coverage, treat transfers as movement, and keep pending rows
out of settled spending.

transaction, amount, date, statement, or address details to a public search service.
