Bu Gizlilik Politikası; KB Spor Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("İşletme", "biz", "Veri Sorumlusu") tarafından sunulan KB Salon mobil uygulamasını kullanan spor salonu üyelerinin ("siz", "üye") kişisel verilerinin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") ve — uygulanabilir olduğu ölçüde — Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü ("GDPR") kapsamında nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

Uygulama, işletmenin spor salonu üyelerine yöneliktir. Uygulama içinden paket satışı veya App Store / Google Play üzerinden dijital abonelik satışı yapılmaz.

## 2. Hangi Verileri Topluyoruz?

### 2.1 Kimlik ve iletişim
- Ad, soyad
- E-posta, telefon
- Doğum tarihi
- Acil durum kişisi bilgileri

### 2.2 Üyelik ve tesis kullanımı
- Paket bilgisi, başlangıç / bitiş tarihleri
- Giriş-çıkış (turnike) kayıtları
- Dolap kullanımı
- QR ile okutulan üyelik / tesis kayıtları

### 2.3 Sağlık verileri (özel nitelikli kişisel veri)

Bu veriler yalnızca **açık rızanızla** işlenir:

- Kan grubu
- Beyan ettiğiniz sağlık durumu ve sakatlık bilgisi
- Vücut ölçüleri
- Ölçüm fotoğrafları

### 2.4 Sohbet içerikleri
- Diyetisyen / salon ekibi ile yaptığınız yazışmalar
- Sohbete eklediğiniz fotoğraf, video, ses kaydı ve belgeler

### 2.5 Teknik veriler
- Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü
- IP adresi ve erişim zamanı (güvenlik / hata ayıklama)

Uygulamada **üçüncü taraf reklam veya izleme (tracking) SDK'sı yoktur**. Kart bilgisi uygulamada tutulmaz.

## 4. Paylaşım

Kişisel verilerinizi **satmayız** ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız.

Veriler yalnızca gerektiği kadarıyla şu durumlarda paylaşılabilir:

- Barındırma / altyapı hizmet sağlayıcıları
- E-posta iletimi
- Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili kamu kurumları

## 5. Saklama ve silme

Veriler üyeliğiniz süresince ve yasal saklama süreleri kadar tutulur.

Hesap silme talebi uygulama üzerinden veya `destek@korhanballi.com` adresine iletilebilir; talep en geç **14 gün** içinde sonuçlandırılır.

## 7. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi öğrenme ve itiraz haklarınız vardır.

Talepler **30 gün** içinde yanıtlanır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikayet hakkınız saklıdır.

## 8. Çocuklar

Uygulama **18 yaşından küçüklere** yönelik değildir.

## 9. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel metin uygulama içinde ve mağaza kaydındaki gizlilik URL'sinde yayımlanır. Önemli değişikliklerde bildirim yapılabilir.

This Privacy Policy explains how KB Spor Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Company", "we", "us", "Data Controller") processes personal data of gym members ("you", "member") who use the KB Salon mobile application, under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

The App is intended for the Company’s gym members. The App does not sell membership packages in-app and does not sell digital subscriptions via the App Store or Google Play.

## 2. What Data We Collect

### 2.1 Identity and contact
- First name, last name
- Email, phone number
- Date of birth
- Emergency contact details

### 2.2 Membership and facility use
- Package details, start / end dates
- Check-in / check-out (turnstile) records
- Locker usage
- Membership / facility QR scan records

### 2.3 Health data (special category personal data)

Processed only with your **explicit consent**:

- Blood type
- Health / injury declarations you provide
- Body measurements
- Progress / measurement photos

### 2.4 Chat content
- Messages with the dietitian / salon staff
- Photos, videos, voice notes and documents you attach

### 2.5 Technical data
- Device model, OS and app version
- IP address and access time (security / troubleshooting)

The App does **not** include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Card payment details are not stored in the App.

## 4. Sharing

We do **not** sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Data may be shared only as needed with:

- Hosting / infrastructure providers
- Email delivery services
- Competent authorities when legally required

## 5. Retention and Deletion

Data is kept for the duration of your membership and applicable legal retention periods.

You may request account deletion in the App or by emailing `destek@korhanballi.com`. Requests are completed within **14 days**.

## 6. Device Permissions

You can revoke permissions in device settings; only the related feature will stop working.

## 7. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request access, correction, deletion, information about processing, and object to processing.

We respond within **30 days**. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Board) in Türkiye.

## 8. Children

The App is **not** intended for anyone under **18**.

## 9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is published in the App and at the privacy URL used in store listings. Material changes may be notified.
