1. DEFINITIONS

source code, object code, binaries, scripts, build files, configuration files,
documentation, comments, assets, resources, designs, algorithms, logic,
workflows, interfaces, APIs, and any portion or combination thereof.

“Kitsuri Studios” means the copyright holder and all affiliated developers,
maintainers, and legal representatives.

“User” means any individual or entity that accesses, views, clones, downloads,
forks, mirrors, or otherwise obtains the Software by any means.

Kitsuri Studios.

Permission is granted solely to VIEW the Software in uncompiled, unexecuted form
for personal evaluation or reference.

- Does NOT allow reproduction
- Does NOT allow redistribution
- Does NOT allow derivation
- Does NOT allow integration
- Does NOT allow benchmarking

Viewing does NOT include copying, saving, exporting, screenshotting, printing,

g) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or analyze the Software  
h) Extract ideas, algorithms, logic, designs, workflows, or architecture for use
   elsewhere  
i) Use the Software for research, testing, benchmarking, or evaluation  
j) Use the Software as training data or input for artificial intelligence,
   machine learning, or automated systems  
k) Share, disclose, publish, or distribute the Software or any portion thereof  
l) Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical or legal restriction  
m) Fork the repository or create derivative repositories

5. NO IMPLIED LICENSE

Nothing in this license shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel,
or otherwise, any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark,
trade secret, or other intellectual property right of Kitsuri Studios.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Software contains proprietary and confidential information.
The User agrees to treat the Software as confidential and not disclose it to
any third party under any circumstances.

7. TERMINATION

This license is automatically and immediately terminated upon any violation.
Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all access to the Software and
destroy any copies, fragments, or recollections of the Software.

8. ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

Any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of the Software constitutes a
material breach and may result in:

- Immediate revocation of access  
- Civil liability  
- Injunctive relief  
- Statutory and compensatory damages  
- Criminal prosecution where applicable  

Kitsuri Studios reserves the right to pursue ALL legal remedies without limitation.

9. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL KITSURI STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED
TO ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
applicable to Kitsuri Studios, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie with courts chosen by Kitsuri Studios.
