3.2. Help Functionality
The FICS CORP System has help links throughout the system which are used to help the client navigate through the system. It serves as a guide so that if at any point the user gets confused with how the system works or needs a further explanation on procedures, the system will respond with the relevant details.
Navigation Process: By clicking on the Help icon on the hamburger button on the navigation bar
