This glossary contains descriptions of the terms used throughout the user manual and their page references

Term	Description	Page Reference
Access Level	Set of permissions or restrictions specific to a user
Icon	An image, symbol, picture, or other representation usually as an object
Tools	An implement, especially one held in the hand, as a hammer, saw, or file, for performing or facilitating mechanical operations
Tool Category	The type of tool available
Project	A series of tasks needed to be completed in order to reach specific outcome
Project Category	The type of Project available
Project Trip	The location of the project
Preview	To view a document in advance
Import	To transfer information from worksheet grid onto the system
Trip	The project location
Infringement	the action of breaking the terms of a law, agreement, etc.; violation
Back up	make a spare copy of the database
Restore	copying backup data from secondary storage and restoring it to its original location or a new location
Homepage	a web page set as the default or start-up page on a browser.
