OvertimeGM ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play our mobile application, OvertimeGM (the "App"). 

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

### A. Local Device Data
* **Single-Player Careers:** All core single-player career states, strategy configurations, and local gameplay progressions are saved **locally on your device**. We do not transmit or have access to this data.

### B. Online Multiplayer & Cloud Save Data (Opt-In Only)
If you actively choose to engage in the online multiplayer leagues or use cloud backup features, our game server collects and transmits the following personal information to run the matches:
* **Account Credentials:** Email address and display name (managed securely via authentication providers).
* **Game Metadata:** League activity, match histories, live chat transcripts, trades, and tactical replays.

### C. Technical Logs
* We may log transient debug infrastructure lines (such as IP addresses and server access logs) purely for fraud prevention, server optimization, and service stability.

## 2. Use of Your Data
We utilize the collected cloud and account data strictly for the following operational needs:
* Operating and managing your online multiplayer leagues, trades, and matchmaking.
* Syncing cross-device game progress.
* Providing technical support and debugging system disruptions.

**Data Commercialization Guarantee:** We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to any third parties. We do not integrate tracking SDKs, ad networks, or data-broker trackers inside the App.

* **Security:** We secure data in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. Sensitive database attributes (such as user credentials and passwords) are securely handled utilizing modern cryptographic salted hashes.
* **Retention:** Cloud saves, trade sheets, and active league logs are preserved for as long as your account remains active.

The App is not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately from our servers.

## 5. Your Rights & Data Deletion (GDPR / CCPA)
We honor universal data access and deletion mandates globally. Regardless of your location, you have the right to request access to or permanent deletion of your data.

### How to Delete Your Account and Data:
Google Play mandates both an in-app path and an external web path to delete user records. You may choose either method:
1. **In-App Path:** Open the App and navigate to **Settings** → **Account** and tap the **Delete Account** button.
2. **Web Path / Manual Request:** To request data deletion externally without redownloading the app, you can submit your request directly to our developer team by emailing: **josh@overtimegm.com**.

All verified deletion requests will be completed, and data scrubbed from our active production infrastructure, within thirty (30) days.
