1. OWNERSHIP

The DSH Roleplay Engine software, including its source code, documentation,
artwork, tests, and associated materials (collectively, the “Software”), is
owned by LeonYellow (GitHub: LiranHuang) and is protected by applicable
copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

2. LIMITED EVALUATION PERMISSION

Subject to this License, you may view the source code, download one copy, and
run the Software locally solely for personal, non-commercial evaluation.
GitHub-hosted viewing and forking are permitted only to the extent required by
GitHub’s platform functionality and do not grant any additional license.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Unless you have prior written permission from the copyright owner, you may not:

(a) copy the Software except for the single evaluation copy allowed above;
(b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Software;
(c) publish, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer
    the Software or any substantial portion of it;
(d) use the Software or any derivative work for commercial, production,

4. CONTRIBUTIONS

No right to accept or use contributions is implied. Any contribution requires
separate written terms accepted by the copyright owner. Opening an issue or
pull request does not transfer ownership and does not grant a license.

5. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Third-party dependencies, character cards, world books, and other external
materials remain subject to their respective licenses and rights. This License
does not grant rights to those materials.

6. NO TRADEMARK LICENSE

No permission is granted to use the names “DSH Roleplay Engine”, “LeonYellow”,
or associated names, logos, or branding to imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. TERMINATION

Any breach of this License automatically terminates the permission granted in
Section 2. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the
Software in your possession or control.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE
SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
