Strato is the lowest tier among the Premium ranks.

#### Description 

Strato is a permanent purchasable rank, that can be bought in the Stratus Network [shop](https://stratusnetwork.buycraft.net/). Since it the lowest of all the premium ranks, any player with the Strato rank will get higher tier ranks; [Alto](https://mcresourcepile.github.io/addon-project/wiki/ranks/alto) and [Cirro](https://mcresourcepile.github.io/addon-project/wiki/ranks/cirro), at a discounted price. Premium ranks, along with staff members, serve as the server's beta testers for projects.
