Each subdirectory of this project contains a package.xml file specifying 
the license under which it is released. Used licenses include:

SPDX-ID:
* GPL-3.0-only
* BSD-3-Clause

Contributions to existing files should be made under the license of that file.
New files should be made under the first license listed in the appropriate
package.xml file
