--- name: deal-review description: Run a Management OS deal review. Use when the user asks how a specific B2B deal is really doing, whether to commit it to the forecast, what could lose or slip it, or what to do next on it. license: MIT compatibility: Needs the Management OS MCP server (https://app.mgmt-os.ai/api/mcp) connected and a Management OS account. --- # Deal review with Management OS Management OS scores one deal from the evidence the user provides and returns an evidence-cited read. This skill sets up the call and keeps the read intact. ## 1. Collect the evidence - If it isn't clear which deal, ask. Use the user's name for it. - Use the evidence the user shares or asks you to include: the CRM opportunity record, call notes or transcripts, email threads and notes. - Keep each source as its own evidence item, labeled with where it came from (for example "Salesforce" or "Gong call, Sep 28"). - Pass the text as written. Don't summarize or tidy it first: the read quotes it word for word. - If the user has the deal in Management OS, include its deal_id. - If there is no evidence yet, ask for it. One CRM record and one set of call notes is enough to start. ## 2. Score the deal Call `score_deal` with `deal_name`, whatever you know of `account`, `stage`, `amount` and `close_date`, and the evidence items. It takes one to three minutes, so tell the user it's running. ## 3. Present the read - Show `report_markdown` as written. Don't re-score it, reorder it or replace it with your own summary. - Keep the closing line that says what the read is based on. - Then offer the natural next step: draft a message for one of the next moves, prepare the buyer questions for the next call, or run the read again when new evidence arrives. ## Don't - Don't give your own score or forecast call next to the read. - Don't send messages or change CRM records. Management OS only reads; offer drafts for the user to send.
