They may remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned with this Code of Conduct, and will communicate reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate. ## Scope This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces (repository, issues, pull requests, discussions) and also applies when an individual is officially representing the community in public spaces. ## Reporting If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, please contact the maintainer privately: open a minimal issue asking for a private channel, or use GitHub's private reporting to reach the maintainer directly. All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. Maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident. For security vulnerabilities, use [SECURITY.md](SECURITY.md) instead. ## Enforcement guidelines 1. **Correction** — a private, written warning, with clarity around the nature of the violation. 2. **Warning** — a warning with consequences for continued behaviour; no interaction with the people involved for a specified period. 3. **Temporary ban** — a temporary ban from any interaction with the community. 4. **Permanent ban** — a permanent ban from any public interaction within the community. ## Attribution This Code of Conduct is adapted from the [Contributor Covenant](https://www.contributor-covenant.org), version 2.1, available at .
