Note Trainer is operated by **MattJProductions** ("we", "us", or "our").

Note Trainer does not require you to create an account.

We do not directly ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location in order to use the app.

The app may store certain information locally on your device so it can function properly, including:

- practice settings and preferences
- lesson progress
- scores, streaks, and stats
- purchase unlock status

On supported devices, Note Trainer may access **device motion data** to support gameplay or visual interaction. This motion data is processed on-device and is not stored on our servers by us.

We also use third-party SDK services, including **Meta (Facebook)** technologies, which may collect certain app event and device-related information such as:

- app activity and interaction events
- purchase and subscription event data
- device identifiers and similar identifiers

## 2. In-App Purchases

Note Trainer offers optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime unlock.

All payments and billing are handled by **Apple**, not by us. We do not receive your full payment card or billing details.

We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as whether a subscription or purchase is active, so the app can unlock paid features and restore purchases.

We may also log successful purchase events through third-party measurement and analytics tools, including Meta, to help us understand conversions, app performance, and marketing effectiveness.

We use information stored by the app to:

- save your settings and preferences
- remember lesson completion and progress
- store your practice history and stats
- unlock paid features after purchase or restore

That data remains on your device until you delete the app, reset it through in-app options, or remove it through your device settings.

If you use Apple device backup services, app data stored on your device may be included in backups according to Apple’s own terms and policies.

Data collected by third-party providers such as Apple or Meta is subject to those providers’ own retention practices and privacy policies.

Note Trainer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

If third-party SDKs collect device or app event data automatically, that collection is governed by the applicable platform permissions, device settings, and the privacy practices of those third parties.

You can stop using the app at any time.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app or using available reset options inside the app.

Where applicable, you can manage app tracking permissions in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
