This Privacy Policy for the “Avatar” mobile application created by the MaxDan developers (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to the information that the Developers can receive from the user's device while using the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Application).

We do not set cookies on your device. The third party ad or analytics providers mentioned above may set cookies. You can delete your data from them using the provided opt-out links.

Age restrictions:
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information, send or target interest-based advertising to individuals under the age of 13, and do not knowingly allow such individuals to use our Services. If you are under 13, please do not send us any information about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. No one under the age of 13 can provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data as soon as possible.
