Manage the monthly Copilot credit budget with the `credit-guard` command. Run it with the
shell tool and show its output as-is (the progress bar is the answer; do not paraphrase it).
If `credit-guard` is not on PATH, use `scripts/credit-guard` inside this plugin's directory.

- Usage: `credit-guard status`
- Show settings: `credit-guard config show`
- Change a setting: `credit-guard config set <key> <value>` with key one of
  `budget` (credits per month), `warn` (comma list of percentages, e.g. `50,75`),
  `block` (percentage), `host`, `cacheSec`
- Stop or resume blocking: `credit-guard override on` / `credit-guard override off`
- Defaults: `credit-guard config reset`

Only change settings the user explicitly asked for. Budgets are in credits (1 credit = $0.01).
