Text You Type

When you enter text into Type and Talk, the text is processed only to convert it into speech using your device's built-in text-to-speech engine.

By default, your text is not sent to our servers.

Local Data

The app may store the following information on your device:

Phrase history (if enabled)
App preferences
Selected voice
Speech speed
Speech pitch
Theme and appearance settings

This information remains on your device unless you choose to remove it.

2. Permissions

Type and Talk may request the following permissions:

Storage (if required by your Android version): Used only for saving your app settings or exported files.
Network Access: Used for optional features such as checking for updates or future online services.

The app does not access your contacts, photos, messages, or location unless a future feature specifically requests it.

3. Subscription Information

Currently, all features are available for free.

If subscriptions are introduced in the future, purchases will be securely processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Type and Talk does not collect or store your payment information.

4. Third-Party Services

Depending on the version of the app, Type and Talk may use trusted third-party services, including:

Google Play Billing
RevenueCat (for subscription management if enabled)

These services may collect limited technical information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Analytics

Type and Talk currently does not collect personal analytics or track your activity for advertising purposes.

Type and Talk currently does not display third-party advertisements.

Type and Talk is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Since most data is stored locally on your device, you maintain control over your information.

Uninstall the app to remove locally stored data.
