## Use, changes and redistribution

Personal and commercial use, modifications, redistribution, sale and hosting
are permitted under the EUPL without an additional paid license. This includes
offering a modified version under another product name, subject to the license
conditions. The EUPL does not grant general rights to the licensor's trademarks.

Keep the required copyright, attribution and license notices, identify changes
and their dates, and meet the source-code and copyleft requirements when
distributing or communicating the software, including covered network services.
Article 5 includes a compatibility provision for certain combined derivative
works. The full EUPL text governs these requirements.

## MangoLila's declaration for consumers

StockInfo is provided free of charge. MangoLila GmbH asks for neither payment
nor personal data in return.

The warranty and liability exclusions in Articles 7 and 8 of the EUPL 1.2 also
apply in dealings with consumers, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory
statutory rights remain unaffected. In particular:

- Liability for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury is not
  excluded or limited (§ 6 (1) no. 9 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act,
  KSchG).
- Liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act (PHG) remains unaffected;
  Article 8 of the EUPL also preserves it.
- Statutory warranty rights that cannot be excluded in advance remain
  unaffected (§ 9 KSchG).

The Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG) does not apply to software offered
under a free and open-source licence if the consumer makes no payment and
personal data is processed only to improve the security, compatibility or
interoperability of that software (§ 1 (2) no. 7 VGG). This exception concerns
the VGG only; it does not exclude other consumer rights.

MangoLila GmbH does not provide an additional voluntary guarantee.

StockInfo shows market data from external sources. It does not consider your
personal circumstances, does not provide personal investment advice and does
not place orders. Check important figures against the original source before
making a decision.

This declaration is made by MangoLila GmbH on its own behalf and responsibility.
It imposes no additional obligations on the author, other contributors or
redistributors and does not restrict any rights granted by the EUPL.

**Deutsche Fassung der Erklärung:** StockInfo wird unentgeltlich
bereitgestellt. MangoLila GmbH verlangt dafür weder eine Zahlung noch
personenbezogene Daten.

Die Gewährleistungs- und Haftungsausschlüsse der Artikel 7 und 8 der EUPL 1.2
gelten auch gegenüber Verbrauchern, soweit das Gesetz es zulässt. Zwingende
gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt. Insbesondere gilt:

- Die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Personenschäden
  wird weder ausgeschlossen noch eingeschränkt (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 9 KSchG).
- Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz (PHG) bleibt unberührt; auch
  Artikel 8 der EUPL nimmt sie aus.
- Gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrechte, die vor Kenntnis des Mangels nicht
  ausgeschlossen werden können, bleiben unberührt (§ 9 KSchG).

Das Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz (VGG) gilt nicht für Software, die im
Rahmen einer freien und quelloffenen Lizenz angeboten wird, sofern der
Verbraucher keine Zahlung leistet und seine personenbezogenen Daten nur zur
Verbesserung der Sicherheit, Kompatibilität oder Interoperabilität dieser
Software verarbeitet werden (§ 1 Abs. 2 Z 7 VGG). Diese Ausnahme betrifft nur
das VGG; andere Verbraucherrechte schließt sie nicht aus.

Eine zusätzliche freiwillige Garantie übernimmt MangoLila GmbH nicht.

StockInfo zeigt Marktdaten aus externen Quellen. Es berücksichtigt deine
persönliche Situation nicht, bietet keine persönliche Anlageberatung und führt
keine Orders aus. Prüfe wichtige Angaben vor einer Entscheidung bei der
ursprünglichen Quelle.

Diese Erklärung gibt MangoLila GmbH im eigenen Namen und auf eigene
Verantwortung ab. Sie begründet keine zusätzlichen Pflichten des Urhebers,
anderer Mitwirkender oder Weiterverbreiter und schränkt die durch die EUPL
eingeräumten Rechte nicht ein.

Article 15 of the EUPL points to Austrian law for MangoLila GmbH as an Austrian
licensor. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules
remain unaffected; no exclusive consumer jurisdiction is imposed here.
