    "comment": "I have previously voted that this was a good-faith action on the part of Ikigai while participating in governance which due to technical failures on the part of the chain, this ADA was lost to them.  For that reason, I see it as the responsible thing to do to reimburse these fees, especially that they have substantially declined in value since that point.  We are not making up for their opportunity cost due to declining price, but only reimbursing for lost funds.  This seems fair and just."
