# Brand and Trademark Policy / 品牌与标识政策

The MIT license covers software copyright. It does not grant a right to use `Missher`, `Missher12`, `dsh-missher-evolution` logos or artwork, badges, or other source-identifying presentation to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or official status.

Without prior written confirmation from `Missher12`, a redistributed build must not use those identifiers in its name, icon, installer, download page, update channel, or market listing in a way likely to confuse users about its source. Clearly marked factual references, compatibility statements, and unofficial forks remain allowed when they do not imply endorsement.
