IMPORTANT: READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This Proprietary Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between 
you (either an individual or entity) ("Licensee") and INSPIRED CREATIVE GROUP INC. 
("Company") for the software product identified above, including any associated media, 
printed materials, documentation, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU 
HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND 
CONDITIONS.

1. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   The Software is proprietary to and owned by Company and is protected by copyright 
   laws and international treaty provisions. Company retains all right, title, and 
   interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants you a 
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely 
   for your internal business purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software or any portion thereof
   b) Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
   c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
   d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
   e) Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties
   f) Use the Software to develop competing products or services
   g) Share access credentials or allow unauthorized access to the Software

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
   The Software contains confidential and proprietary information of Company. 
   You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose 
   it to any third party without Company's prior written consent.

5. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this license 
   immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. 
   Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

6. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
   Company has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, upgrades, modifications, 
   or new releases under this Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS 
   ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES 
   OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR 
   CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE 
   SOFTWARE, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws 
   of the jurisdiction where INSPIRED CREATIVE GROUP INC. is incorporated, without 
   regard to conflict of law principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company concerning 
    the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

By using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, 
understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
