Terms & Conditions – Passenger App

Welcome to the Team Car Passenger App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between you and the company that owns and operates Team Car. By using or continuing to use the app, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any clause, you must stop using the app immediately.

1 – Definitions
App: The Team Car passenger application operated by the company within Jordan.

Company: The entity that owns and operates the app, legally represented by the General Manager or an authorized delegate.

Passenger: Any person registered in the app to request transportation service.

Driver: Any person registered in the driver app to provide transportation service.

2 – Registration and Account
Registration requires a valid phone number, email address, or linking the account to a social media platform, and providing accurate and complete personal data.

The passenger is responsible for any use of the account through their credentials.

3 – Company Role and Disclaimer
The company provides a technological platform to connect passengers with drivers and does not itself provide transportation services.

The company is not responsible for the safety or condition of vehicles, driver behavior, or punctuality.

4 – Use of the Service
Comply with local laws and traffic regulations.

Refrain from transporting any prohibited or illegal materials.

The company has the right to cancel or refuse any trip in case of suspected illegal behavior.

5 – Payments
The fare is determined in advance through the app interface and paid directly to the driver.

The company is not responsible for any financial dispute between the parties unless payment was made through its approved system.

6 – Termination and Suspension
The company has the right to suspend or terminate the passenger’s account in case of violation of the Terms or applicable laws.

The company may modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

7 – Limitation of Liability
The company, its employees, and agents are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the app or the trip.

8 – Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

In case of a dispute, the parties must make efforts to resolve it amicably within 15 days from the date of written notice.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Irbid Civil Courts.

9 – Force Majeure and External Causes
The company is not responsible for any delay or failure in providing the service due to events beyond its control.

10 – Acceptance
By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
