The "Monopoly Discord application" is a trademark of Monopoly Discord Bot. The "Property Deed Cards" and "Event Cards" with the "ⓒ 2024 multii" footer are are copyrights of Monopoly Discord Bot.

The Service may only be used within the scope of what it is provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of the Service violates no law, regulations, or third-party rights. Therefore, we reserve the right to take any appropriate measure to protect legitimate interests of the Service including denying Users access to the Service or reporting any misconduct preformed through the Service to applicable authorities at our sole discretion.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if us or a Monopoly Discord Bot authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
