This warrant gives security permission to search a particular member of personnel.
[color=red][bold]This warrant must be approved and stamped by the Captain, the HoS, or the dept. head of the individual to be searched. It cannot be approved by the HoS if the HoS is the one who requested it.[/bold][/color]
