## Summary

Invoice Vault is an offline-first invoice tracker. Your data stays on your device.

## Data the extension stores

The extension stores the following data locally on your device:

- Clients, invoices, and invoice line items
- App settings (e.g. selected currencies, UI preferences)
- Exchange-rate cache used for currency conversion
- Optional backups/restores you initiate

This data is stored in the browser’s local storage mechanisms (e.g. IndexedDB and `chrome.storage` where applicable).

## Data the extension does not collect

We do not:

- Collect or sell personal data
- Use analytics or tracking SDKs
- Transmit your invoices/clients to any external server

## Network access

The extension may make outbound requests only to the National Bank of Serbia exchange-rate web app:

- `https://webappcenter.nbs.rs/ExchangeRateWebApp/*`

These requests are used solely to fetch exchange-rate information for currency conversion.

## Third-party services

Apart from the exchange-rate source above, the extension does not use third-party services.

## Data deletion

You can delete all locally stored data by using the app’s restore/reset functionality (if present) or by removing the extension, which clears its local storage.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
