# Mostaqem Custom License (MCL)

## 1. Purpose
This license governs the use of the software project "Mostaqem" (hereafter "Software"). The purpose of this license is to prevent commercial use, or redistribution of the Software in a closed-source manner, while allowing for community contributions under controlled terms.

## 2. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, royalty-free license to:
   - Use the Software for personal or non-commercial purposes.
   - Modify and adapt the Software for personal or non-commercial use, provided you adhere to the terms below.

The following actions are **strictly prohibited** without prior written permission from the copyright holder:
