# Privacy Policy for Easy Video Trimmer for X.com

Easy Video Trimmer for X.com processes everything locally in your browser. The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data or media on external servers.

## Data handling
- Video trimming, demuxing, muxing, and encoding run entirely on-device using packaged assets (ffmpeg.wasm and WebCodecs).
- No analytics, tracking, or third-party services are used.
- No user credentials, cookies, or browsing history are read or transmitted.

## Permissions and scope
- The extension requests access only to `https://x.com/*` to add the trimming UI to the X.com post composer and attach the clipped video to your draft.
- No other sites are accessed, and no additional capabilities (e.g., storage or identity) are requested.

## Third-party code
- All scripts and WASM assets ship with the extension; no remote code is loaded at runtime.
