within the meaning of Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This is a free-use, source-available license and is NOT an OSI-approved
open source license.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or entity to
use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell
copies of this Software, for any purpose, including commercial use,
EXCEPT as explicitly prohibited by this License.

2. PROHIBITED PERSONS

The rights granted under this License are NOT granted to, and are
expressly denied for, the following individual(s):

The above-listed individual(s) MUST NOT use, access, modify, distribute,
deploy, or otherwise benefit from the Software, directly or indirectly,
including acting on behalf of any other person, server, project,
company, or legal entity.

3. PROHIBITED PROJECTS / SERVERS

The rights granted under this License are NOT granted to, and are
expressly denied for, the following projects, Minecraft servers,
networks, or organizations:

- FemboyWorld
  (including but not limited to domains, IP addresses, Discord servers,
   GitHub organizations, mirrors, forks, and successor projects)
- Fbaseworld
  (including but not limited to domains, IP addresses, Discord servers,
   GitHub organizations, mirrors, forks, and successor projects)

This prohibition applies to any form of use, including but not limited
to installation, execution, hosting, SaaS use, integration, forks,
recompiled, renamed, or obfuscated versions.

4. ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION

Any attempt to circumvent this License, including but not limited to:

- use through third parties, proxies, or hosting providers;
- claiming that end users or players are the ones using the Software;
- renaming, obfuscating, or partially reusing the Software;
- creating forks or functionally equivalent derivatives for prohibited
  persons or projects;

shall be deemed a material breach of this License.

5. DERIVATIVE WORKS

Derivative works are permitted, provided that they do not enable,
facilitate, or benefit any prohibited person or project listed in this
License.

6. TERMINATION

Any use of the Software by a prohibited person or project automatically
and immediately terminates all rights granted under this License.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Russian Federation.

9. LANGUAGE PREVALENCE

In case of any discrepancy, the Russian language version shall prevail.
