1. PLAYABILITY & USAGE GRANT
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy 
of this software (mod/plugin) to download, install, and run it for personal, 
single-player, or multiplayer gameplay on private and public servers without 
restriction.

2. MANDATORY ATTRIBUTION (CREDIT)
If this software is modified, extended, adapted, or incorporated into 
derivative works, prominent credit MUST be given to the original author: 
NeonNoxus.

Attribution must be clearly visible and accessible in:
  a) The description and credits of any modified download or release page.
  b) The source code headers of any modified files or repository.
  c) In-game credits (e.g., plugin credits/commands) where applicable.

3. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY & CORE ARCHITECTURE RESTRICTION
Modifications, derivative works, and extensions are strictly subject to 
the following structural limitations:
  a) PROHIBITION ON STRUCTURAL OVERHAUL: The foundational framework, core 
     package architecture, and essential mechanics of this software 
     MUST remain intact.
  b) ALLOWED MODIFICATIONS: Adding features, bug fixes, performance 
     optimizations, and configuration changes are permitted.
  c) FORBIDDEN MODIFICATIONS: Completely gutting or rewriting core engine 
     mechanics to bypass this agreement or rebrand the software as a new 
     standalone creation is strictly prohibited.

4. REDISTRIBUTION OF MODIFIED VERSIONS
Redistribution of modified versions ("forks") is permitted ONLY IF:
  a) Full attribution to NeonNoxus is maintained (Section 2).
  b) Structural integrity restrictions are respected (Section 3).
  c) The modified version is distributed under these exact same terms (Neox License).

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR 
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE 
AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER 
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, 
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN
