Introduction** Welcome to Subtitle Caption Studio, developed by NEXRAVEN INNOVATION. Subtitle Caption Studio is an AI-powered video and audio subtitle generation app for users aged 18 and above. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our app. **2. Information We Collect** We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any credentials. _2.1 Anonymous Authentication_ When you launch the app, we automatically sign you in anonymously using a Google-provided authentication service. This creates a random, anonymous user ID (UID) that is not linked to your real-world identity. No account creation, email address, or password is required. This UID is used solely to authorise your requests to our backend services and is never shared with third parties for identification purposes. _2.2 Media Files_ To generate subtitles, the video or audio file you select is securely transmitted to our cloud backend for processing. We accept files up to 1 GB and 15 minutes in length. The file is processed temporarily and deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain, analyse, or share your media files beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the subtitle generation result. _2.3 Feedback (Voluntary)_ If you choose to submit feedback through the About tab, your star rating and optional comment are stored in our cloud database, hosted on a Google-provided service. Submitted feedback is associated with your anonymous UID only. No personally identifiable information is stored alongside your feedback. _2.4 Usage Data and Crash Reports_ The app may send limited crash and diagnostic data to our platform to help us identify and fix technical issues. This data does not include your media content or any personal information. _2.5 Advertising Identifiers_ The app displays advertisements served by **Google AdMob**, including app-open ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, and banner ads. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID) and other non-personal usage data to deliver relevant ads in accordance with [Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). Premium subscriptions are managed through the **Google Play Store**. You can update, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. All refund requests are subject to the Google Play Store refund policy. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Rewarded Advertisements** Free-tier users may watch a rewarded video advertisement to earn additional subtitle generation uses. Watching a rewarded ad is entirely voluntary. Ad delivery and related data collection are handled by Google as described in section 2.5. A daily cap on bonus uses may apply and is configurable by NEXRAVEN INNOVATION. **12. Children's Privacy** Subtitle Caption Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly. **13.
