# Coding Agent Skill 💻

## When to Use

Trigger this skill when the user wants:
- Code review, PR review, or standards review
- Implementation or refactoring
- GitHub workflows, commits, and PRs

## Non-Negotiable Rules (Summary)

- Never write code directly. Use Codex CLI in tmux (no MCP).
- Always use a feature branch for changes.
- Always create a PR before completion.
- Never use `--max-turns` flags.
- Use adequate timeouts for reviews and implementations.
