* **Calendar & Task Data:** All events, tasks, notes, and agenda items created within or imported into Ninto are stored exclusively in your device's native storage (or local system calendar database). 
* **App Preferences:** Your settings—including visual preferences (Dark/Light mode), default views, and home screen widget configurations—are saved strictly on your local device.
* **No Cloud Backups or External Servers:** We do not host servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure. We cannot see, access, modify, or recover your calendar data under any circumstances.

Because Ninto is local-only, we **do not**:
* Collect, track, or monitor your personal identity or contact details.
* Upload your calendar entries, events, or task titles to remote servers.
* Track your location, usage patterns, or in-app behavior.

To function as a fully featured planner, Ninto may request access to specific system-level permissions on your device:

* **Device Calendar Access (Read/Write):** Allows Ninto to read existing local calendar events and write new events created inside the App.
* **Notifications (Optional):** Allows your device to trigger local alarms and schedule reminders for upcoming events.

*Note: You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time via your device's System Settings. Revoking calendar access will restrict Ninto from displaying local device events.*

Ninto does not incorporate third-party advertising frameworks, tracking SDKs, or external cloud synchronization tools. Any synchronization that occurs (for example, with system-level calendars) is handled entirely by your device's operating system, not by Ninto.

Because all data remains on your physical device, the security of your schedule relies on your device's built-in security features (such as your passcode, PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint lock). We recommend keeping your device updated and secured to protect your local data.
