# Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By making a Contribution to this project, You accept and agree to the following
terms for any past and future Contributions submitted by You.

**1. Definitions.**
"You" means the individual or legal entity making a Contribution.
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including modifications or
additions, intentionally submitted by You to this project.
"Project Owner" means unsix IT Engineering, the maintainer and copyright
holder of this project.

**2. Copyright License.**
You hereby grant to the Project Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, modify, distribute,
sublicense, and otherwise use Your Contribution, **including the right to
relicense the Contribution under any license terms, whether open source or
proprietary/commercial.**

**3. Patent License.**
You grant the Project Owner and recipients of the software a perpetual,
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, use,
sell, offer to sell, import, and otherwise transfer Your Contribution, where
such license applies only to those patent claims You can license that are
necessarily infringed by Your Contribution alone or by combination with the
project.

**4. You retain ownership.**
You keep all rights, title, and interest in Your Contributions. This agreement
grants licenses; it is not an assignment of copyright.

**5. Your representations.**
You represent that each Contribution is Your original creation and that You are
legally entitled to grant the above licenses. If Your employer has rights to
intellectual property You create, You represent that You have permission to make
the Contribution, or that Your employer has waived such rights.

**6. No warranty.**
Contributions are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
