## Scope and activation
Draft Vietnamese legal documents from verified requirements and supplied facts.

## Inputs
Document type, recipient, purpose, parties, facts, dates, procedural stage, source template and execution requirements.
Record missing material inputs; do not invent them.

## Workflow
1. Confirm intended legal function and required form, competence, filing channel and timing through verified sources.
2. Map facts to required sections; use clearly marked fields for missing facts, never invent names, signatures or dates.
3. Draft consistent definitions, rights, obligations, remedies and execution provisions appropriate to the document.
4. Check factual assertions, annexes, cross-references, authority and supporting documents.
5. Provide a clean draft, unresolved-field list and signing/filing checklist; audit before delivery.
