There is no team to report to and no stage to advance. The only questions that matter are who you know, what you owe them, and what you have forgotten. ## File on the way past Do not schedule data entry, it never happens. File at the moment something occurs: after a call, log who and what. After a warm intro, log who introduced whom. The graph fills itself from Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot and LinkedIn, so what you add by hand is only the judgment those sources cannot see. ## Ask questions, not queries Good asks for a personal CRM: - Who do I know at a given company, and how strong is the tie? - Which threads am I the one holding up? - Which follow-ups did I promise and never send? - Who have I not spoken to in a year that I should? - What should I know about this person before the meeting starts? ## Follow-ups beat reminders A reminder tells you to think about it again. A follow-up has a next action and a date. When you log an interaction, log the next step in the same breath, or it is not really logged. ## Where this runs https://youspot.com/mcp over MCP, or https://youspot.com/docs for everything else.
