### Added

- `FUNDING.yml` pointed at placeholder instead of `OnlyTerp`.

- Scorecard summarizing completed audited harnesses per provider.
- Continuous-integration workflow that lint-checks Markdown, runs
  Python syntax checks, verifies docs consistency, and runs gitleaks on
  every push and PR.
