1. Definitions

"Software" refers to the MultiBlockEngine core repository and its source code.
"Author" refers to DarkBladeDev.
"User" refers to any individual or entity using the Software.
"Addon" refers to any extension, plugin, or module built on top of the Software using its public API.
"Commercial Use" refers to any use intended for direct or indirect monetary gain.


2. Grant of Permission
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any User to:

Use the Software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
Modify the Software.
Distribute copies of the Software, with or without modifications.

Subject to the limitations defined in this license.

3. Required Conditions
All distributions of the Software must:

Include this license.
Provide attribution to the original Author.
Clearly indicate if modifications were made.


4. Addons and Extensions
Users are explicitly allowed to:

Addons must not bundle modified versions of the core to bypass this license.


5. Commercial Restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Software as a standalone commercial product.
Offering the Software as a competing product or service (including SaaS, hosting platforms, or plugin reselling platforms) that directly replicates MultiBlockEngine.
Creating a fork intended to replace the original project commercially.


6. Branding and Trademark
The name "MultiBlockEngine", associated logos, and branding are NOT included under this license.

You may not use the name, logo, or branding in any redistributed or modified version without explicit written permission.
Forks must use clearly distinct names and branding.


7. Source Availability
This license grants access to the source code, but does NOT grant the right to:

Repackage the Software as a competing proprietary product.
Remove or alter licensing terms.


8. Termination
Any violation of this license automatically terminates the rights granted herein.

9. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
