- Your music queries (YouTube URLs or search terms)
- Queue state (track titles/URLs, requestor name)
- Basic operational logs (errors, disconnects) for reliability

### C) What we do NOT intentionally collect
We do not intentionally collect:
- Passwords, payment info, government IDs
- Discord private message content (unless you DM the bot and choose to share it)
- Voice audio recordings (the bot plays audio into a voice channel; it does not record users)

## 3. How We Use Information
We use the information to:
- Provide playback and queue features
- Display “Now Playing”, queue, and requestor info
- Prevent abuse and troubleshoot reliability issues

## 4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share/transfer data only as needed to operate the Service:
- Discord (platform operations)
- Third-party content providers (e.g., YouTube) when you request playback
- Hosting providers (if the bot runs on a VPS), which may process logs

## 5. Data Retention
- Queue/panel configuration may be stored while the bot is running, and may be saved to local files (e.g., JSON) to restore the panel after restarts.
- Operational logs may be retained for troubleshooting for up to [X DAYS] or until no longer needed.
