exclusive proprietary property of Bill_Hub (hereinafter referred to as "the Owner").

All intellectual property rights, including copyright and related rights,
are owned exclusively by the Owner. All rights not explicitly granted under
this license are reserved.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

permission from the Owner:

   the source code or underlying algorithms of the Software.

   name, branding, license, or claim it as your own work.

f) COMMERCIAL USE — You may NOT use the Software for commercial distribution,
   resale, or commercial hosting services without explicit written
   authorization from the Owner.

g) SUBLICENSING — You may NOT sublicense or transfer any rights granted under
   this license to another individual or organization.

h) REMOVAL OF NOTICES — You may NOT remove, alter, or obscure any copyright,
   license notice, attribution, or proprietary marking contained within
   the Software.

3. PERMITTED USE

5. TERMINATION

termination of the rights granted under this license.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and
delete or destroy all copies in your possession or control.

The Owner reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for
violations of this license, including but not limited to injunctive relief,
monetary damages, and recovery of legal costs where permitted by law.
