Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Tone Adapt → Cancel. You'll keep access until the current period ends.

I bought a subscription but it didn't unlock

Open Tone Adapt → Profile → tap "Restore Purchases". Most cases are resolved by this. If not, email us with your Apple receipt (Settings → Apple ID → Purchase History).

My amp/guitar isn't in the catalog

Email us the brand and model — we add new gear regularly.

The tone doesn't match the original

Our settings are research-based estimates. Use them as a starting point and fine-tune by ear. Send feedback so we can refine.
