# Privacy Policy — Hibiki Japanese **Effective date:** October 1, 2026 **App:** Hibiki Japanese (Android, package name `com.hibikilearn.pyanoki`) **Developer:** 佐野壽子 **Contact:** pyanoki358@gmail.com This Privacy Policy explains what information Hibiki Japanese ("the app") handles, why, and who it is shared with. It applies only to this app. ## 1. Information we do not ask for in the app The app has no account or sign-in. The learning features of the app do not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details, and the app does not access your contacts, photos, or precise location. If you choose to send us feedback through the optional feedback form (see Section 5) or contact us by email, we receive the information you provide there. ## 2. Information stored only on your device The app saves your learning progress on your device (for example, which stages you have cleared, which introduction screens you have already seen, and your Stage 2 progress and lunch choices). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data in your device settings. ## 3. Advertising (Google AdMob) The app shows an advertisement (a full-screen "interstitial" ad) when you finish a stage. Ads are provided by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. According to Google, this SDK automatically collects and shares with Google: - IP address (which may be used to estimate your general location) - Your interactions with the app and ads (for example, app launches, taps, and video views) - Diagnostic information (for example, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage) - Device and account identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID Google uses this information to deliver, measure, and improve ads and to prevent fraud. How Google uses this information is described in Google's policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app does not currently show a consent form for personalized ads. In these regions, ads shown in the app may be non-personalized or limited ads. ## 4. RevenueCat (purchases and ad measurement) We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to manage in-app purchases and to measure ads. - **Anonymous app user ID:** When the app starts, the RevenueCat SDK is initialized. RevenueCat creates and uses an anonymous app user ID for your installation of the app. This ID does not contain your name or contact details. - **In-app purchase:** If you purchase "Unlock All" (a one-time purchase), the payment is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details. RevenueCat receives your purchase history, so the app can check whether you have unlocked the content and so you can restore your purchase. - **Ad measurement:** When an ad is loaded, shown, opened, or fails to load, the app sends ad event information to RevenueCat (ad format, ad unit, placement, a randomly generated impression ID, and, when Google reports it, the ad revenue amount and currency). The app does not send your name, email address, or other contact details to RevenueCat. RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy ## 5. Feedback form (optional) The app contains a link to a feedback form hosted on Google Forms. Opening the form is optional. Anything you type into the form is sent to Google Forms and received by us. Please do not include personal information you do not want to share. ## 6. How we use information We use the information described above only to: - provide the app and its learning content - show ads that support the free version of the app - confirm and restore purchases - understand ad performance and improve the app - read and respond to feedback and inquiries you send us We do not sell your personal information. ## 7. Sharing Information is shared only with the service providers described above: Google (AdMob, Google Play, Google Forms) and RevenueCat. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. ## 8. Retention and deletion - **Data stored on your device:** kept only on your device and deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. - **Feedback and emails you send us:** kept only as long as needed to read, respond to, and act on them, and then deleted. - **Data held by Google and RevenueCat:** kept and deleted according to their own privacy policies and retention practices. You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID at any time in your device settings. - **Deletion requests:** To ask us to delete data associated with your use of the app, email pyanoki358@gmail.com. Because the app has no account and RevenueCat uses an anonymous ID, we may ask for information that helps identify your records (for example, your Google Play order number if you made a purchase). If we receive a deletion request, we will respond without undue delay and, in principle, within one month after completing any necessary verification. Where we can identify your records, we will delete the data we hold and ask RevenueCat to delete the related customer data. Deletion on third-party services such as RevenueCat is subject to each service's procedures and processing time. We cannot identify or delete data that is not linked to you. ## 9. Children Hibiki Japanese is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. ## 10. How we protect data - We do not operate our own servers for the app. Your learning progress stays on your device. - Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS, according to Google. - RevenueCat states that data in transit and at rest is protected using industry-standard security protocols. - Feedback and inquiry content may be handled by the developer and the service providers used to provide and manage these services, only to the extent necessary. ## 11. Changes to this policy We may update this policy. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the updated effective date. ## 12. RevenueCat（購入と広告の効果測定） 本アプリでは、アプリ内購入の管理と広告の効果測定に RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）を利用しています。 - **匿名のアプリユーザー ID：** 本アプリの起動時に RevenueCat の SDK が初期化され、RevenueCat はアプリのインストールごとに匿名のアプリユーザー ID を作成・使用します。この ID に氏名や連絡先は含まれません。 - **アプリ内購入：** 「Unlock All」（買い切り）を購入した場合、支払いは Google Play が処理します。開発者がカード情報を受け取ることはありません。RevenueCat は、購入済みかどうかの確認と購入の復元のために、購入履歴を受け取ります。 - **広告の効果測定：** 広告の読み込み・表示・開封・読み込み失敗の際に、広告イベントの情報（広告の形式、広告ユニット、表示場所、ランダムに作られる表示 ID、Google から報告がある場合は広告収益の金額と通貨）を RevenueCat に送信します。 本アプリから RevenueCat に、氏名・メールアドレスなどの連絡先を送信することはありません。 RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシー：https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy ## 5. フィードバックフォーム（任意） 本アプリには、Google フォームで作られたフィードバックフォームへのリンクがあります。フォームを開くかどうかは任意です。フォームに入力した内容は Google フォームに送信され、開発者が受け取ります。共有したくない個人情報は入力しないでください。 ## 6. 情報の利用目的 上記の情報は、次の目的にのみ使用します。 - 本アプリと学習コンテンツの提供 - 無料版を支える広告の表示 - 購入の確認と復元 - 広告の効果の把握と本アプリの改善 - お送りいただいたフィードバックやお問い合わせの確認と返信 個人情報を販売することはありません。 ## 7. 第三者への提供 情報は、上記のサービス提供者である Google（AdMob、Google Play、Google フォーム）と RevenueCat とのみ共有します。各社はそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを取り扱います。 ## 8. 保存期間と削除 - **端末内のデータ：** お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、アプリの削除、またはアプリのデータの消去で削除されます。 - **フィードバックやメールでいただいた内容：** 確認・返信・対応に必要な期間のみ保存し、その後削除します。 - **Google・RevenueCat が保有するデータ：** 各社のプライバシーポリシーと保存方針に従って保存・削除されます。Android の広告 ID は、端末の設定からいつでもリセット・削除できます。 - **削除のご依頼：** 本アプリの利用に関するデータの削除をご希望の場合は、pyanoki358@gmail.com までご連絡ください。本アプリにはアカウントがなく、RevenueCat は匿名の ID を使用しているため、記録を特定するための情報（購入した場合は Google Play の注文番号など）をお伺いすることがあります。削除依頼を受けた場合、必要な確認を行ったうえで、遅滞なく、原則として1か月以内に対応します。記録を特定できた場合は、開発者が保有するデータを削除し、RevenueCat に関連する顧客データの削除を依頼します。RevenueCat など第三者サービス上の削除については、各サービスの手続きと処理時間に従います。ご本人と結びつかないデータは、特定・削除することができません。 ## 9. 子どもについて Hibiki Japanese は 13 歳以上のユーザーを対象としており、13 歳未満の子ども向けに制作されたアプリではありません。 ## 10. データの保護 - 本アプリのために独自のサーバーは運用していません。学習の進み具合は端末内にのみ保存されます。 - Google によると、Google Mobile Ads SDK が送信するデータは、TLS により通信中に暗号化されます。 - RevenueCat は、通信中および保存時のデータを業界標準のセキュリティ手段で保護しているとしています。 - フィードバックやお問い合わせの内容は、開発者および利用するサービス提供者が、サービスの提供・管理に必要な範囲で取り扱います。 ## 11. 本ポリシーの変更 本ポリシーは変更されることがあります。最新版は常にこのページに掲載し、制定日・改定日を更新します。 ## 12. お問い合わせ 本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、pyanoki358@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
