# Privacy Policy for YouTube Playlist Crossfade

This policy explains what information the YouTube Playlist Crossfade Chrome extension ("the Extension") handles, why, and what choices you have. The Extension is operated by the developer of YouTube Playlist Crossfade ("I", "me"). You can reach me at shopfrozo@gmail.com.

## Information stored on your device

Your settings (such as fade duration, trigger time, equalizer levels, and sleep timer preferences) are saved using Chrome's storage API on your own device. I cannot see these settings.

The Extension runs on YouTube and YouTube Music pages so it can control playback, crossfade between tracks, and show what's playing. It does not record, store, or transmit your viewing or browsing history.

## Premium subscriptions (ExtensionPay and Stripe)

If you subscribe to Premium, payments are handled by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe (stripe.com).

- ExtensionPay stores your email address and subscription status so Premium can be unlocked and restored on other devices.
- Stripe processes your payment details. I never see or store your full card number.

Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies:

## Support requests (Web3Forms)

If you send a message through the in-extension support form, it is delivered to me through Web3Forms (web3forms.com). The submission includes your message, any email address you choose to enter, and basic diagnostic information: the Extension version, whether you're on YouTube or YouTube Music, your Extension settings, your Premium status, and your browser version. I use this only to answer your request and fix problems.

## What I don't do

- I don't sell or rent your information.
- I don't use your information for advertising.
- I don't run analytics or tracking inside the Extension.

## Your choices and data deletion

- To cancel your subscription or update payment details, use "Manage subscription" in the Extension.
- To request deletion of your email, subscription record, or support messages, email me at shopfrozo@gmail.com. I'll handle the request within 30 days. Records required for tax or legal purposes may be kept as long as the law requires.
- Uninstalling the Extension removes the settings stored on your device.

## Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or yearly price shown at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" in the Extension. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

## Children

The Extension is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact me and I'll delete it.

## Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
