Use this skill before a specialist handoff (G1), artifact generation (G2),
finalization (G3), or publishing (G4).

State the gate, subject, action, and consequence. Use `approval.request` with
the hash of the exact subject. Wait for an explicit human decision and ensure
the platform records it. A changed subject invalidates the previous decision.
Never call `approval.record` autonomously; that action belongs to the human
tool-permission flow or the strict `dda approve` command.
